OUR STORY

A Pacific team built for the Pacific

Teams Pac Build is a PNG-owned construction and resource sector support organisation, established in 2025 to meet the growing demand for high-quality, resilient infrastructure across the Pacific. Headquartered in Mount Hagen, we have operated in 14 of Papua New Guinea’s 20 provinces, combining modern work practices with deep-rooted local knowledge.

Our leadership team brings over 60 years of collective experience in PNG’s resource sector, ranging from remote jungle seismic projects to large-scale camp construction for global energy companies. This experience gives us an unmatched understanding of the logistical, cultural, and environmental challenges unique to the region.
